I adore my cake teacher, Amy Malone. She's been teaching cake classes for over 30 years. She's amazing! She tickled my heart one day as I was at one of her classes. I walked away from decorating my cake, and when I turned around, there was an adorable chocolate mouse staring at me! Of course I had to make my own. I experimented with white and brown mice. The ingredients are cherries with stems, Hershey's Kisses, almond slices, melted chocolate, and icing or chocolate for eyes and noses. What fun these little sweet critters brought us! I had one on everyone's plate at Thanksgiving with their names on cookies.
