Baby Jungle Animal Baby Shower Cake

Super fun to make.  The customer and I used plastic baby jungle animals.  The palm trees were made from Tootsie Rolls logs.  I've never had a customer cry when they saw their cake, until I made this one.  Touched my heart!

Puppy Dog Cake

Hunter turned 2 and enjoyed his puppy dog cake.  This was so much fun to make, especially because it was for a special friend of mine--Rose Espiritu!  Love you, girlfriend!

Rustic Buttercream Wedding Cake with Fresh Flowers

Beautiful bride and groom enjoyed their rustic elegant wedding cake at their outdoor wedding and reception.

Girl Dolphin Cake

I had creative license on this cake.  Emily loved it, after her whale watching excursion on her birthday.

50th Golf Cake

My friend Paul Olszewski turned 50 in November 2015.  As an avid golfer, a golf-themed cake was in order.  He loved it, and it was so fun to make for him and his family and guests at the party.  Those Olszewskis really know how to party!

Aimee's Toffee

www.aimeestoffee.com

aimeestoffee.com was birthed in November 2015.  It's been a dream of mine for a few years, and now it's finally come to fruition.  Sales were through the roof at Christmas.  Aimee's Toffee was able to send $1,000 to Nepal to help buy Christmas blankets for the street kids.  Proceeds go to Going Global, Inc., to help feed, clothe and educate orphans in Southeast Asia.  I'm going to India with Going Global, Inc., Feb. 29, 2016, and expect to minister to 400 widows and 300+ orphans in the Andaman Islands.  I thank my God for allowing me to use my gifts of baking and toffee making to make it possible to follow my dreams.

Mickey Cake

Gold Confetti and Cream Wedding Cake and Bridal Shower Cake

I used my airbrush for the first time painting colored candy confetti gold.  It took about 4 coats of spray, but I finally got it covered.  I like how they both turned out.

Help Nepal Children After Earthquake

Nepal was devastated three days ago from a massive earthquake.  Pastor Paul Gurung from Kathmandu works with street/slum kids.  My dad and I worked with him in Kathmandu last fall.  Paul and his family are safe.  Now it's time for him to get to work and help those in need.  He needs money to buy food, water, medical supplies and clothing.  Please help make a difference by donating at my dad's non-profit missions organization at www.goingglobalinc.org.  All donations will go directly to Pastor Paul as he helps those in his area firsthand.  Thank you for your generous hearts.

I brought the birthday cake in the shape of a dice as we played bunco with the birthday girl!

Boudoir Bachelorette Cookies

Oh my!  Don't make me blush!  These were my first boudoir cookies for a friend's bachelorette party. They were super fun to make--each one unique.

Wedding Dessert Bar

A darling young couple got married in their parents' back yard, so a dessert bar was perfect for the occasion!  I made a 6" lemon and raspberry cake, lemon bars, my famous toffee, mini cupcakes, and chocolate cups with raspberry mousse and mocha mousse.

Eat Dessert First Party

My little cousin Dustin thought whenever anyone ate at Cousin Aimee's house, they always get to eat dessert first.  So we did!  I made "cupcakes" out of meatloaf and mashed potatoes.  Then of course for dessert we had coconut cupcakes, vanilla and chocolate cupcakes.  Yum and super fun!

California Gingerbread People with the famous Cookiology Sandy Ellis

My sweet friend Sandy Ellis visited from Florida and gave me more cookie tips (and tools) as we made my extended family a California bathing suit gingerbread cookie with their name on it.

Chocolate and Gold Mini Cake

Trying out my new 4" round cake pan.  I made my boss a chocolate chocolate cake.  It was very rich!

Pink Black and White Paris Cake

This was girlie and oh so fun to make for Abigail, an 11 year old who LOVES Paris.  Someday she's going there!  But in the meantime, a Paris cake will suffice.
